- Responsible for general administration including janitorial services, Office maintenance, admin inventory management, and office supplies management.
- Manage travel arrangements and reservations, process visas, rent-a-car arrangements for the staff, as requested.
- Manage any PR requirements of the Group through strong relationships with Government and Public Agencies and Officials.
- Manage liaison with all Government departments like EOBI and Social Security and Utility companies, Electric Distribution Co. and internet providers etc. on regular basis for smooth functioning of the business.
