- Taking phone calls in high volumes
- Dispatch taxis to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of all taxi trips, including distance, time, and fare
- Pricing up customer requirements & providing quotations via Phone / Email
What we are looking for:
- Relevant Dispatch experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with a British accent
- Time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be flexible with the timings
