We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our night-shift IT-based call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of IT services, and a passion for achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand client base.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to secure deals that align with company objectives and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Utilize email marketing tools, sales automation tools, and lead generation tools to generate quality leads and enhance sales processes.
  • Implement lead-scoring techniques to prioritize potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and campaigns with business development efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Actively seek feedback and continuously improve sales techniques to achieve targets and drive personal success.
