This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive at Dotgix Technologies. The Call Center Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients through outbound calls, delivering effective communication, and contributing to sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering relevant products or services, and closing sales, all while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, Communication skills, and Sales skills.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role will be highly appreciated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Outbound Calls in Us-Based Campaigns
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
