Dukan is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our FMCG distribution segment. This role focuses on leveraging existing relationships with decision makers in the FMCG and distribution sectors to enhance our market presence and drive revenue. The successful candidate will manage a team of 30 professionals, responsible for field activations and the implementation of channel strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of distribution management systems, market analysis, and negotiation, alongside a demonstrable ability to manage field sales staff effectively. Additionally, familiarity with fintech solutions, especially related to merchant payments and digital lending, will be highly regarded as we aim to innovate our financial processes and offerings. The position is based in Lahore and requires direct communication with senior leadership to articulate the value of our digital solutions. Highly competitive salary with generous monthly target based commissions will be given to the successful candidate.
