Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers warmly, guide them to their seats and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, and provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.

Handle Transactions: Process payments efficiently, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy in billing.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and organized, promptly clear tables, and restock necessary supplies.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Intermediate or above
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
