Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.
- Design and implement robust APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering growth.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full stack development.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, and deployment.
- Ensure that software solutions adhere to industry standards, security practices, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead and contribute to technical discussions and decisions during project development.
- Support and maintain existing applications, enhancing functionality and fixing bugs as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of Computer Science and Software Development
- Experience in Back-End Web Development- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of software testing and deployment methodologies- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for mentoring junior developers
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus- .NET Core- (Web API, MVC)
- Entity Framework- Ionic, Angular, React, etc- SQL Server- MS Azure- Git- HTML/CSS
