Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring all departments work efficiently.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the facility.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to meet guest expectations.

Guest Experience:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and suggest improvements.

Staff Supervision:

  • Manage and support staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Conduct briefings to align staff with daily goals and priorities.

Crisis and Incident Management:

  • Respond to emergencies, such as health incidents or security issues, following established protocols.
  • Document and report incidents to senior management and recommend preventive measures.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate relevant information to the management team.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to operations during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Revenue and Sales Support:

  • Assist in implementing promotional activities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor occupancy levels, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in property management systems and MS Office.
  • Multitasking capability and ability to perform under pressure.
