Responsibilities:Engage with walk-in and online leads to introduce Eco Green Solar’s products and services.
Maintain and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
Maintain social media accounts and post engaging content and ads.
Follow up with all the leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Maintain sales records and updated CRM software regularly.
Participate in outreach and awareness activities, including exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant domain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in face-to-face client interaction and phone/email communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, ClickUp CRM).
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
