The position  will be responsible for reaching out to U.S.-based brands with the goal of establishing partnerships that allow Ecom Era to resell their products on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with brands. The ideal candidate will have some understanding of eCommerce and a passion for helping brands expand their reach online.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling and Communication:

    • Proactively reach out to U.S. brands via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Present Ecom Era’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential brand partners.
    • Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  2. Brand Partnership Development:

    • Identify potential brands that align with Ecom Era’s business model and target market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements that allow Ecom Era to resell the brand\\\'s products on Amazon and other platforms.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research to identify emerging brands and products that have strong market potential.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the eCommerce landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance brand acquisition strategies.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all brand interactions and negotiations in the CRM system.
    • Track and report on the progress of leads and partnerships to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals.
  5. Brand Advocacy and Education:

    • Educate brands about the benefits of partnering with Ecom Era and selling on Amazon and other marketplaces.
    • Address any concerns or objections brands may have regarding eCommerce, product reselling, or online marketplaces.
    • Serve as a brand advocate within Ecom Era, ensuring that the needs and expectations of brand partners are understood and met.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new brand partners.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to manage inventory, pricing, and other logistical aspects of brand partnerships.
