Amazon / Walmart Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon/Walmart Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales presence on both Amazon and Walmart platforms. This role involves executing strategies to enhance product listings, increase visibility, and maximize sales performance. The Amazon/Walmart Expert will oversee account health, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings, including keyword research, SEO, and enhanced content.
Manage product inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive revenue growth.
Monitor account health and address performance issues, such as reviews, ratings, and feedback, to maintain marketplace standards.
Utilize tools and analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
Resolve listing errors, respond to customer queries, and handle case management with Amazon/Walmart support teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Amazon and Walmart accounts with a strong track record of driving sales growth.
Proficiency in marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices for Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Walmart Marketplace.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools and eCommerce analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
