We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Female to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a professional USA or UK English accent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries and sales tasks effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting with inquiries. This role also involves cold calling and sales-oriented communication to promote our tutoring services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients, promoting Edufy Tutors' services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell tutoring services when appropriate.
  • Achieve customer service and sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, address customer concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure their needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in a USA or UK accent.
  • Handle conflict resolution and customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English with a USA or UK accent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and selling services.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the education or tutoring industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
