Counselor / Admission Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a counselor and admission Officer cum Sales Executive - Study Visa Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our study visa services, fostering business relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Karachi Team.

Requirements:

1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients interested in pursuing international education opportunities.
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract students seeking study visas.

2. Sales and Consultation:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their educational goals and preferences.
Present relevant study programs, institutions, and visa processes to prospective students.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information on visa requirements, application procedures, and related documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of courses, admission requirements, and scholarships.
Collaborate with partner universities and colleges to facilitate student admissions.

4. Documentation and Processing:

Guide clients through the visa application process, assisting with document preparation and submission.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications to relevant authorities.

5. Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the application and visa process.
Address client queries, and concerns, and follow up on the status of applications.

6. Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
