We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a counselor and admission Officer cum Sales Executive - Study Visa Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our study visa services, fostering business relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Karachi Team.
Requirements:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in pursuing international education opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract students seeking study visas.
Sales and Consultation:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their educational goals and preferences.
- Present relevant study programs, institutions, and visa processes to prospective students.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on visa requirements, application procedures, and related documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of courses, admission requirements,u and scholarships.
- Collaborate with partner universities and colleges to facilitate student admissions.
Documentation and Processing:
- Guide clients through the visa application process, assisting with document preparation and submission.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications to relevant authorities.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the application and visa process.
- Address client queries, concerns, and follow up on the status of applications.
Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
