We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins. This is a day shift In-house position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement and customize WordPress themes and templates.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites, themes, andu plugins.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites are error-free and user-friendly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in gathering project requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure seamless website development and integration.
- Provide accurate time and effort estimates for development tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure website security measures are implemented and maintained.
- Monitor website performance and conduct regular backups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
