The Academic & Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and administrative functions of EIOSH Pvt Ltd. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will work closely with both students and staff to ensure the efficient operation of the institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage student admissions and registrations, including handling inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate student records.
  • Coordinate course scheduling, class assignments, and academic calendars to ensure effective class delivery.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating academic events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute course materials, syllabi, and assessments as per faculty requirements.
  • Support the preparation of academic reports, transcripts, and certificates for students.
  • Assist in managing student queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth cross-functional communication and operations.
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling student and organizational information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education, etc.).
  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist students and staff.
  • Familiarity with academic scheduling and student records management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
