We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our US SPECTRUM AT&T team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Document customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:*

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
