We are seeking a highly motivated and extroverted Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth by building strong customer relationships.

 Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in Real Estate, Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Military and/or Govt. Sectors.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, networking events).
  • To plan, execute and log (on ERP) daily visits to and business meetings with prospective clients.
  • To implement a creative approach in generating new leads and opportunities.
  • To Develop and maintain an active lead generation plan through tenders posted on PPRA website, referrals, and contact with local builders, Construction Projects and various prospects.
  • Liaising with Technical and Pre-sales staff for conducting site surveys, estimation and preparation of the proposal document
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • To provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction. Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Effective presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner.
  • Well-versed or willing to excel in the technology, equipment and methods related to low voltage systems, ideally for commercial projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
