Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in various market segments.
  • Product Promotion: Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain & present different financial & statically reports
  • Team Management: Manage a team of professionals from different markets & strategies. 
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Emails, and CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-8 Years of Retail Sales Experience in Automotive Parts, Lubricants, FMCG, or Construction 
  • Exceptional Team Handling Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
