Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base and increase market share
  • Manage displays, signboards & other marketing material
  • Meeting sales targets; quarterly & yearly. Maintain healthy relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Sales Experience in Automotive Parts, Lubricants, FMCG, or Construction 
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
