Responsibilities;

  • Assist customers in system design and BoQ formation.
  • Conduct on-site surveys and design BOQ for potential customers when needed
  • Assist customers on-site and over the phone with issues such as: account creation, password reset, video footage retrieval, and remote viewing software setup on end users laptops, personal computers and mobile devices.
  • Answer queries customers may have about our system and services.
  • Ensure electronic records are created and updated for all customer communications.
  • Warm transfer inbound calls to appropriate Department when needed.
  • To Possess, acquire and maintain the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively by participating in scheduled training sessions and by means of principal’s website, product data sheets, manuals and contact with principal technical support
  • Participate and when Eligible, Conduct in-house Trainings/Presentation sessions on new product features and comparisons for market placement
  • To indulge in fault finding, repairing, servicing, new installations and routine maintenance.
  • Computer systems hardware, software, operating systems configuration and troubleshooting.

Job/Person Specification

  • Ideal Candidate should hold minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
  • Stay abreast with latest job related trends.

Skills

  • Experience with troubleshooting scenarios like Windows Operating System Installation, HDD Partitioning etc., remote access tools and/or support of mobile devices
  • Basic networking skills (LAN, Wi-Fi Routers, Access Points, etc.)
  • MS Office, Team-viewer, Email/Communication etiquettes
  • Bilingual oral and written communication desired.
