We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing company policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify employee training needs and create professional development programs.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate training workshops.
  • Ensure continuous learning opportunities for employees.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance goals.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and retention.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations as per company policy.

6. Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Manage leave policies, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics.
  • Analyze workforce trends and suggest improvements.
  • Use HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
