We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing issues related to policies, benefits, and performance.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process by assisting managers with employee evaluations and goal-setting.
    • Help identify employee development needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Training & Development:

    • Assist in identifying training needs and help coordinate internal and external training sessions.
    • Promote employee growth through skills development opportunities.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:

    • Ensure the organization complies with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Benefits Administration:

    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and compensation queries.
  • Payroll Support:

    • Support the payroll team with the collection of attendance data and verification of employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role or equivalent administrative support position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
