Base Salary: 30k+ Per month

Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to educate and assist individuals about ACA health insurance plans
- Guide customers through their options and help them make informed decisions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the calls
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets to qualify for bonuses
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health insurance or a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay motivated and handle rejections with a positive attitude
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
