We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Engineer to join our team and help expand our market for High-Efficiency Motors. This is an exciting commission-based role, where you will work closely with industrial clients in key regions to promote our energy-saving motor solutions. We provide comprehensive free training to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with industrial clients in manufacturing, textiles, steel, cement, and other energy-intensive sectors.
Promote and sell High-Efficiency Motors, highlighting their energy savings and cost benefits to potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and explain how the motors can optimize their energy usage.
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular progress updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in industrial sales and energy-efficient technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel to industrial hubs for client visits.
