Senior HR Manager

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, training, and retention initiatives, and conducting exit interviews. They will lead HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee development. They will ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage all employee relations issues

Mandatory to have:

Experience in leading HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee development in IT Field.
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies.
Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ability to address employee relations issues and able to maintain a positive work environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of HR Management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software applications.
