Software Engineer - Go

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer proficient in Go (Golang) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the servers of our Go-based platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance server-side applications written in Go.
Monitor server performance and implement optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Ensure the security and integrity of server infrastructure.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Institute of Business Administration (IBA), National University of Sciences & Technology - Pakistan (NUST), or COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Go programming language.
Familiarity with Go frameworks and tools.
Experience with server maintenance and optimization.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of database systems (NoSQL & PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of network protocols and security practices.
Prior internship or project experience in Go development.
