Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Address inquiries from clients, employees, and visitors with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
