Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on our eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
- Analyze sales performance and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies and sales initiatives to boost revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
