Cold Caller

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, patience, and persistence, who can handle objections smoothly and has experience in cold calling or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects on a daily basis
Follow a call script while personalizing conversations to engage potential sellers effectively
Qualify leads by gathering key information and assessing motivation to sell
Record all call activities and lead details accurately in our CRM system
Follow up with interested leads in a timely manner
Meet weekly targets for calls and lead qualification

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate or sales-related fields
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools is a plus
Availability to work 40 hours per week on-site
Must have own laptop or computer system and a quality headset for smoother calls
