Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ACCA/CPA is a plus).
- Experience in real estate accounting (e.g., property sales, leasing, and construction finance).
- Strong knowledge of real estate tax laws, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, commission structures, and financial forecasting.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Experience in handling property acquisitions, leasing, and construction project financing.
