Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Success Manager to help us

Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients.
Expand our Business, develop a growth strategy that balances financial gain with customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
Promote the company’s products and services by addressing and anticipating client objectives.
Maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Experience in managing and developing customer relationships.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience of working as Customer Success manager in US market is a plus.
BSc/BA/MBA in business administration or relevant field.

Position:

Office Timings: 06:00 PM PKT -03:00 AM PKT

Monday – Friday

(Qualified leads will earn Quarterly Commission after 3-month Probation)
