Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the online sales operations and strategies for our company. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing online marketing efforts. Your expertise in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the overall online store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic sources, customer behavior, and sales trends, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations and development, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion rates.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, SMM and social media advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools and data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for website enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ecommerce technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members on ecommerce best practices, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role, preferably in an online retail environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and user experience optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ecommerce.
