We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with a strong command of graphic design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,LinkedIn).

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to support social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Community Engagement:

Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Content Calendar Management:

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.

Content Optimization:

Optimize existing social media content and recommend strategies for improvement based on performance data.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with external vendors and graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.
