Provide first-level support for end-users, helping them with hardware and software problems. This may include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues, including LAN and Wi-Fi.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation for systems and procedures.
Provide remote assistance to remote or off-site employees, troubleshooting their technical problems.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), and common software applications.
Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and security.
- Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
