We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential and existing customers.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be target-driven, be able to work independently and have a passion for sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and fulfill customer needs through presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote company products and services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
