The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by handling inbound and outbound calls. The agent will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product and service information, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling calls and managing customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and any changes in company policies.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as email support or administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Must have fluent spoken English Skills to Communicate effectively with colleague & customers (No Exception).
  • Graduation or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Attention: First month after joining selected candidates have to report our Shahdara Lahore office for training purpose and after completion of training they will be moved to Gulberg Office.
