Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for Excellence Solutions Inc.Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with potential clients, create a sales pipeline, build strong relationships, and close deals that align with our company's objectives. Fluency in the English language is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the target market segments through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to generate new business leads
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including, marketing, technical and project management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
