Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales for our truck dispatch services targeting businesses in the USA and Canada. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and pitching potential truck carriers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to onboard them as clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential truck carriers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Contact potential clients via phone calls and emails.
Engage in consultative selling to understand clients' requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, including pricing, service levels, and payment terms.
Close sales and achieve monthly and targets.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree.
