Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls promptly and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Cater to customer demands according to their specifications
  • Skillfully de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate/Graduate level of education
  • Proficiency in spoken English (Preferred)
