We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to help us expand our customer base and drive business growth.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in generating new business through outbound calls, promoting our freight forwarding services, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with freight forwarding experience who are passionate about sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in need of freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions based on our services.
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Telesales or marketing experience, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of global trade, shipping, and freight forwarding services is highly preferred.
