Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
