Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, and other video-based social media platforms.
- Create engaging and high-quality video content.
- Align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Optimize video content for market trends and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Manage video production from concept to post-production, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Contacting affiliate marketers and introducing our brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video content creator, preferably in the beauty and skin care industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap cut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of market trends and social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a personal Laptop and fast internet speed to work from.
