Site Supervisor (Civil)

The Site Supervisor (Civil) will have sound knowledge of finishing works in high-rise building project and will ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely completion of project.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
Coordinate with Management Staff and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project according to specifications and timelines.
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, defects, or areas requiring improvement in finishing works.
Provide technical guidance and support to staff working on site.
Prepare progress reports, updates, and documentation related to projects.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering.
At least 05 years of relevant experience of finishing works in a high-rise building project.
Expertise in tile work, paint work, ceiling work, woodwork, and glazing work, etc.
Preference will be given to a person knowing surveying works.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
