We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across all platforms. You will develop, implement, and manage content strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with excellent communication skills and a knack for analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy & Management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  2. Community Engagement:

    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
    • Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers.
  3. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
    • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  4. Campaigns & Promotions:

    • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  5. Trend Monitoring:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.
    • Experiment with new content formats to keep the brand innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.

Soft Skills: Creative thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork.
