We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance and Taxation Manager to lead our finance and taxation functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Taxation: Manage taxation, including income tax, sales tax, and other taxes, to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to support business decisions.

5. Accounting and Auditing: Oversee accounting and auditing functions, including financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and financial control.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and SOX.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

8. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support business decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching.

10. Special Projects: Lead special projects, including financial system implementation, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
