We need assistant accountant for our offifce responsible for basic accounting tasks like data entry, bills, invoicing, pay roll, pettey cash, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements etc...

Payable and receivable, profit and loss sheets; requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor any discrepancies in bills and invoices, monitor and record any returns.
  • Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
  • Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
  • Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
  • Coordination with staff / clients about payments, refunds, and statements.
  • Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements and records.
  • Assist with office/department and Taxation depart for balancing and returns.

Qualification:

  • B.COM, BBA, BS Finance & Accounting
  • Computer & English Language Proficiency
