Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Flexiwood, you will play a crucial role in our mission to make space-saving furniture accessible and popular in Pakistan. You will be responsible for closing daily leads generated from our social media platforms and ensuring that customer inquiries on these platforms are efficiently handled and converted into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with daily leads generated from our social media pages to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the product offerings and converting them into customers.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and effectively to social media inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust in Flexiwood's products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Flexiwood's innovative space-saving furniture solutions to provide accurate information and recommendations to potential customers.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between customers and our product development team, gathering valuable feedback to improve our offerings continually.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by actively participating in our sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for lead conversion and inquiry handling.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
