You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel arrangements, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. You will be responsible for understanding client preferences, researching destinations, and making informed recommendations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets, offering personalized travel solutions.
  • Itinerary Planning: Design comprehensive travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, tours, and activities tailored to client specifications.
  • Destination Expertise: Stay informed about travel destinations, including current trends, travel regulations, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Travel Documentation: Assist clients with necessary travel documentation, including visas and vaccination requirements, to ensure a hassle-free travel experience.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting travel packages and special offers through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in travel consulting, sales, or a customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
