We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. This individual will also be responsible for providing financial advice and support to help senior executives make key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including AR/AP, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage the organization's cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability.
  • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and manage debt.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring adequate insurance coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Strategy:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.

Requirement:

  • MBA(Finance)/M.Com/ACCA/CA
  • Knowledge of Accounting Softwares.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Good at written & spoken English.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Finance.
